2010 Taste of Union Set For September 25
Restaurants, sponsors, silent auction items needed

The 2010 Taste of Union is an event which celebrates Union County’s unique and varied cuisine and raises funds for Operation Reach Out, a local non-profit Christian organization dedicated to serving those in need. This year’s festivities will take place Saturday, September 25, from 5-8 pm at First Presbyterian Church in downtown Monroe and promises to carry the same excitement and great food as last year, showcasing culinary specialties from a variety of restaurants around Union County and including musical entertainment, a silent auction, and raffle prizes. The 2009 Taste of Union was a huge success, with over 400 in attendance and raising over $15,000 for Operation Reach Out. Currently, we are seeking participating restaurants, sponsors, silent auction items and raffle prizes.
